Cancellation Policy | Ibiza Chauffeurs
All services provided by our company are delivered on a pre-paid basis. Service will not be considered confirmed and will not commence until we have received funds against our invoice and written confirmation has been provided by our office.
Due to the nature of our services, our cancellations & refunds policy varies according to the chosen services that a client may agree. If a specific cancellation policy is not provided with our quotation, the following standard cancellation terms will apply:
i) Cancellation within 30 days of the assignment first day will be refunded in full minus a 5% administration fee.
ii) Cancellation within 14 days of the assignment first day will be refunded minus a 50% fee.
iii) Cancellation within 7 days of the assignment first day will be subject to a 75% fee.
iv) Cancellation with 48hrs of the assignment first day will be non-refundable.
All refunds will be arranged in accordance with the provisions above and payments made within 7 working days.
The action of agreeing our costs and making payment against our invoice will constitute the acceptance of our booking terms & cancellation policy.
Clients are advised to ensure that a suitable insurance policy is in place to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
